Our work team was in town for a conference in Ventura and needed a place to stay. We actually stayed at Matthew's property in 2024 and we loved it so much we came back. Tons of space, super clean, sweet game room on the top floor - it was perfect. The house is beautifully maintained, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Matthew was an excellent host and provided clear instructions for check-in and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay for our big conference. If we participate in our conference next year, we hope to make it 3 years in a row.
