The Vista, "in a tiny experience." Enjoy a relaxing stay in a tranquil location with a nice view above the 200 vine vineyard. Listen to the sounds of birds. Includes a full kitchen, bathroom, queen bed located in the loft (you must go up narrow steep steps,) convection oven/microwave, induction range, air conditioner, heater, desk, indoor and outdoor shower, and quaint patio. Very fast WIFI. The home has both an indoor and outdoor shower.
Good to know
Our guests have really enjoyed their time with us on our property, with a great view. Peace and quiet can be found, just beyond a very exclusive neighborhood. The home is directly adjacent to our home with shared parking. This space includes a bathroom, indoor AND outdoor shower, sink, a hot water pot, very fast WiFi (160 Mbps download, 125 Mbps upload), and a Smart TV. Cell service is just fine and there's a coffee maker. Shared parking with the main house. Privacy can be found on one side of the home only. The home utilizes a composting toilet which is standard in all tiny homes as seen on HGTV. They are eco-friendly, conserve resources, and are odor free so don't worry :) Please let us know if you need anything. Our family is so excited to host and thank you!
Other Details to Note
Our home is dog-friendly but smaller dogs make more sense due to the size of the home. If you bring your dog, we ask that you supervise it at all times as there are many animals that live in the adjacent open space looking for opportunities. We reserve the right to deny a dog. Please pick up after your dog please and thank you! You'll need a clear identifiable image of yourself when a booking happens as those who host need to know who they are inviting into their homes. Tiny means tiny, but it's very cute! The property has two cameras. They face the parking spot only. The home is directly adjacent to our home, shared parking with our home, and is only private on one side of the home.
