Enjoy some privacy! If you’re looking for a nice spot, or just want to get away, this is it. With over 750 5-star reviews, enjoy a relaxing stay in a very private location in the country, but five minutes to the store, in your own self-contained tiny space. No traffic at all. Amenities include a mini-fridge, hot water pot, microwave, heater, Smart TV, and very fast WIFI (165 Mbps). Cozy. We have 200 grape vines, and a lot of fruit trees. Read the rest of the listing. Good to know

This room has a queen bed, small sink with cold water, a hot pot for heating water, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker, very fast WiFi at 165 Mbps, hot outdoor shower (the only shower), BBQ, and a view of open space complete with vineyard. It's very quiet and private. Pet-friendly (up to two pets). There's an indoor composting toilet in the bathroom, like those seen in all tiny house listings on HGTV. They're efficient, conserve resources, and are odor-free so don't worry :)

Note: Think of this as a very nice step up from camping as you are close to nature. Our home is dog friendly! If you bring your dog, we request that you supervise it at all times as there are many animals that live in the adjacent open space. We reserve the right to deny a dog. Please pick up after your dog please and thank you! Two dogs maximum please. A clear identifiable image of yourself is required when a booking occurs as those who host need to know who they are inviting into their homes. The property has 2 cameras located on the main house, far from your unit and are pointed at the parking area only. The cameras will be recording during reservations.

Wonderful location, away from main streets and traffic. A great place to feel as if you're in nature without actually camping! The outdoor shower really adds to the camping feel as well. For anyone needing a nice little place tucked away in the peasant Camarillo hills, this is it!

The pup and I had a lovely stay at Matthew’s. It was just the kind of quaint, simple, peaceful, quiet, relaxing space we needed to decompress for a couple days before hitting the road again. Matthew was very responsive, accommodating and willing to help from start to finish. Highly recommended, and thank you.

Matt’s place was exactly as described, clean, and the area is beautiful. Matt was so helpful and super responsive. One of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve come across. If you’re looking for a good private place to stay, don’t hesitate to book Matt’s tiny house!

This was our first time spending a trip in such a secluded area, it felt like glamping! Reading about it, my husband thought this was going to be “roughing it” due to my normal standards but this suite met every one of them, and even exceeded my expectations. It was a private, clean and comfortable space to come back to after spending days out celebrating and visiting with family. The outdoor shower was lovely, and the composting toilet wasn’t nearly as bad as we thought it would be 😅 - it really doesn’t have much of an odor at all and the area is well ventilated! I greatly appreciate the host also welcoming us with my service pup! All instructions were extensive - clear and easy to follow. We would love to stay here again our next trip out to visit family! C

Amazing little getaway! The place was the perfect size for a solo traveler (or even 2) and I felt right at home. I arrived at night so I was a little nervous, but following Matthew’s instructions I found the accommodations with no issues. It has a beautiful view from the window, and I enjoyed relaxing outside and enjoying the view. It offers an added bonus with an amazing outdoor shower that really gives you the feel of an authentic camping or glamping experience. So peaceful & private. Matthew is a great host; I can tell he goes above and beyond to create a special and memorable atmosphere for his guests. Definitely recommend! I’m sure I’ll be back soon! ♥️🙏🏼🌻

Wonderful place to get away from the fast paced world for a couple of days. My partner and I were able to enjoy the outdoors. So relaxing and the hikes amazing.
