A brand new modern Scandinavian-inspired A-Frame, on 12-plus acres with stunning views, is located on a private road and is only 20 minutes to Yosemite National Park's South Entrance. Solitude Oakhurst. The home features a glass/light-filled front wall with an awesome and breathtaking view that overlooks the valley below and has tons of privacy. Quartz countertops adorn the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a stylish interior, and European wallpaper, in a great location to visit the area must-do's. Relax on the large deck, enjoy the solitude of the property that surrounds you, or visit adjacent Yosemite National Park, Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, Bass Lake, Oakhurst, the Chukchansi Casino, the charming town of Oakhurst, and so much more! Built in 2023, this is about as close as you can get to Yosemite National Park (12 miles), so this is absolutely an ideal location!! In the winter months, enjoy skiing at Badger Pass, located in Yosemite National Park. For your safety, besides regular power, our home has a whole-home backup generator that will kick on seamlessly if need be as the power goes out often everywhere in the mountains. The home also has solar and a Tesla EV Charger for your electric vehicle! We also include Starlink Internet for the home with speeds up to 203 MBps. You will have the entire 12-acre private estate to yourself with utter privacy and an outstanding view. With over 1,600 5-star reviews on our other properties, you're in great hands! Access the 1614 square foot three-bedroom, two-bath home via a gravel driveway just off a paved private road. The main level of the home includes the entrance, open concept kitchen, dining, laundry, living room, and two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. Upstairs is the third large bedroom, which can sleep an additional six people by way of two queen beds with two full trundles. No bunkbeds here :) Our home can sleep a maximum of 10 people. Easy access into the home for those with disabilities via one small step. There is plenty of boat/trailer parking as well. New construction means a Tesla Charger.
